A. Cryopreservation of HAN and tumors

1. Mince the tissue into fine pieces.
2. Place in 1 ml of freezing medium (DMEM/F12 + 10% fetal bovine serum + 7% DMSO).
3. Place tubes in cell freezer, then transfer to liquid nitrogen the following day.
